Service Description
Not sure which package fits your needs or want to connect before starting your project? The Intro Design Call is a relaxed 30-minute video consultation where we’ll discuss your space, goals, and ideas. You’ll learn how the Dillier Design process works and which package best suits you. If you book one of the three main packages (Concept Starter, Design Blueprint or Guided Room) afterward, the full cost of this call will be credited toward your package. What you’ll receive: • 30-minute video consultation • Discussion of your design goals and space needs • Overview of available packages and recommendations • Credit toward any main package booked
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment via the “My Bookings” section on our website no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur a CHF 70.- fee.
