Cancellation and Refund Policy

This text does not constitute legal advice but serves to inform clients about their rights and obligations regarding cancellations and refunds of digital design services.

Policy Basics

All services provided by Dillier Design are digital and scheduled individually. Clients may cancel or reschedule their booked consultation or design session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@dillierdesign.com or online in "My Bookings".

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur a fee. The cancellation fee is CHF 70.– for the Intro Design Call, CHF 150.– for all Mini Packages, and CHF 200.– for all Main Packages. This policy ensures that reserved time slots and preparation efforts are respected and compensated.​​

Refund Method and Processing

Approved refunds are issued via the same payment method originally used (Stripe, PayPal, or TWINT) within 14 business days after confirmation. No refunds are provided once a service or consultation has been completed or after work has commenced.
