Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Dillier Design, Talstrasse 30, 8125 Zollikerberg, Switzerland, and its clients (“Client”) regarding the purchase and use of design services offered through www.dillierdesign.com.

1. Services  
All services offered by Dillier Design are digital in nature, including but not limited to design consultations, digital design packages, renderings, and design documentation. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Payment  
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or TWINT. All prices are stated in CHF and include applicable Swiss taxes where relevant. Services are rendered only after payment confirmation.

3. Intellectual Property  
All design concepts, renderings, and documents provided by Dillier Design remain the intellectual property of Dillier Design. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final designs for personal use within their own property or project.

4. Confidentiality  
All client information and project details are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

5. Liability  
Dillier Design provides services to the best of its professional ability but cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or implementation of provided designs.

6. Governing Law  
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
